A 20-yen candy-store sticker, now ¥630,000 a sealed box: Amada Saikyo Seal Retsuden explained駄菓子屋の20円シールが、未開封1箱63万円。アマダ「最強シール烈伝」の全体像
こんにちは、旧裏マークなしです。
1996年、駄菓子屋の店先に、台紙からめくる20円のくじがぶら下がっていました。アマダの「最強シール烈伝」。ポケモンのシールです。
その未開封の1箱が、今年6月のヤフオクで63万円で落札されました。入札は52件。
でも、このシールの全体像をちゃんと説明している日本語の資料は、ほとんどありません。何弾まであって、どれがレアで、何が高いのか。ここでまとめます。
※出品では「シール列伝」とも書かれますが、正しくは「烈伝」です。
全体像：4つのパートで、番号が続いている
Hi, I'm No Rarity, a collector in Japan.
In 1996, Japanese candy stores (dagashiya) had 20-yen lottery boards hanging out front, where kids peeled stickers off a card. One of them was Amada's “Saikyo Seal Retsuden” — Pokémon stickers.
This June, one sealed box of them sold on Yahoo! Auctions Japan for ¥630,000 (≈$4,000), with 52 bids.
Yet there's almost nothing that explains the whole set: how many parts there are, which stickers are rare, and what sells. Here it is.
The big picture: four parts, one running number
最強シール烈伝は、1996年から2000年までに4つのパートが出ています。
おもしろいのは、番号が4つのパートを通して続いていることです。第1弾がNo.1〜203、第2弾の「改」はNo.204から始まって420まで。パート4の最後はNo.814です。4年かけて800枚を超える、1つの巨大なセットでした。
このほかにも「技」（1998年）、「スーパーDX」（1998年）、「DXゴールド」（1999年）、ワールドホビーフェアの限定版などの番外の弾があり、2003年からはアドバンスジェネレーションのシリーズに続きます。ここでは本編の4つに絞ります。
第1弾（1996年）：ノーマル・プリズム・ゴールド
第1弾は全203種。それに、あとで書くNo.000のミュウを足して、全204種です。
- ノーマル 150種（No.1〜150）：図鑑の順に、フシギダネからミュウツーまで
- プリズム 35種（No.151〜185）：キラキラの模様。No.151はミュウ
- ゴールド 18種（No.186〜203）：金色。いちばん最後のNo.203もミュウ
ゴールドになったのは、フシギバナ・リザードン・カメックス・ピカチュウ・ピッピ・カモネギ・ラッキー・ギャラドス・シャワーズ・サンダース・ブースター・ポリゴン・カビゴン・フリーザー・サンダー・ファイヤー・ミュウツー・ミュウの18匹です。
よくできているのが、レア度が上がるとポケモンのレベルも上がるところです。
Four parts came out between 1996 and 2000.
The neat part: the numbering runs straight through all four. Part 1 is #1–203; Part 2, “Kai”, starts at #204 and ends at #420; Part 4 ends at #814. Over four years it became one giant set of more than 800 stickers.
There were spin-offs too — “Waza” (1998), “Super DX” (1998), “DX Gold” (1999), World Hobby Fair exclusives — and from 2003 the Advanced Generation series. This column sticks to the four main parts.
Part 1 (1996): normal, prism and gold
Part 1 has 203 stickers. Add the #000 Mew (more on it below) and it's 204.
- 150 normal (#1–150): Bulbasaur to Mewtwo, in Pokédex order
- 35 prism (#151–185): a sparkly holo pattern. #151 is Mew
- 18 gold (#186–203): gold foil. The last one, #203, is Mew again
The 18 golds: Venusaur, Charizard, Blastoise, Pikachu, Clefairy, Farfetch'd, Chansey, Gyarados, Vaporeon, Jolteon, Flareon, Porygon, Snorlax, Articuno, Zapdos, Moltres, Mewtwo and Mew.
The clever bit: the rarer the sticker, the higher the Pokémon's level.
リザードンなら、ノーマルはLV.27で「もっとつよいリザードンがいるぞ！」。プリズムはLV.48で「まだまだつよいリザードンがいるぞ！」。ゴールドはLV.61で「最強のリザードンだぞ！」。
ノーマルを引いた子どもに、「まだ上がいる」と教えてくる。20円のくじとしては、かなりずるい作りです。
売り方は2つありました。袋のパック（1箱30パック）と、台紙からめくる「連続当て」のくじ。台紙には「20円売 30付＋3＋1」とあります。30回引けて、ほかに当たりが3つと大当たりが1つ、という意味です。
ファイルに付いてきたミュウ
第1弾には、どのパックにも入っていない1枚があります。No.000のミュウ。専用のアルバム「パーフェクトアルバム1」に付いてきたスペシャルシールです。アルバムの帯には「全204種類・完全コレクションせよ！」。この1枚を入れて、204種です。
第2弾の「改」でも同じことをやっていて、こちらは「パーフェクトアルバム2」にミュウツー（No.417）が付いていました。改のミュウツーは、パックからも出たそうです。
Take Charizard. The normal is LV.27 and says “There's a stronger Charizard out there!” The prism is LV.48: “There's an even stronger Charizard!” The gold is LV.61: “I'm the strongest Charizard!”
Pull a normal and the sticker itself tells you there's something better. Sneaky, for a 20-yen lottery.
They were sold two ways: bagged packs (30 packs to a box) and “renzoku-ate” lottery boards you peeled from. The board reads “20 yen, 30 pulls + 3 + 1” — 30 draws, plus three prizes and one top prize.
The Mew that came with the album
Part 1 has one sticker that wasn't in any pack: Mew #000, a special sticker bundled with the official “Perfect Album 1”. The album's band reads “All 204 — collect them all!” — that's the 203 plus this one.
Kai did the same: “Perfect Album 2” came with Mewtwo (#417), which reportedly also turned up in packs.
「ビニールコーティング」の正体
ヤフオクやメルカリで、第1弾のプリズムに「ビニールコーティング」「裏面黄色」「エラー」と書かれた出品を見かけます。
これ、エラーではありません。第1弾のプリズムの、初期の刷りです。海外のシールのまとめサイト「Pokemon Stickerpedia」によると、第1弾のキラには刷りが2つあります。
- 初期の刷り：裏が黄色で、ビニールのような手ざわり。キラの模様の1マスごとに、光の筋のような線が入る
- 後の刷り：裏が白で、紙の手ざわり。キラはふつうのプリズム模様で、よく光る
What “vinyl coated” really means
On Yahoo! Auctions and Mercari, some Part 1 prisms are listed as “vinyl coated”, “yellow back” or even “error”.
They're not errors. They're the first print of the Part 1 prisms. According to Pokemon Stickerpedia, Part 1 holos exist in two print runs:
- First print: a yellow back with a plastic feel, and ray-like lines inside each square of the holo pattern
- Later print: a white back with a paper feel, and a regular, brighter prism pattern
アメリカの鑑定会社CGCは、この初期の刷りをラベルに「1st Print」と書き分けています。その初期の刷りのプリズムのリザードン（CGC10）が、9月にFanatics Collectで$5,000（約79万円）で売れました。同じプリズムのリザードンでも、後の刷りのCGC10は$990（約15.6万円）です。
ただし、79万円は即決の1件だけ。初期の刷りがいつも5倍になる、とまでは言えません。ゴールドについては、Stickerpediaの作者も「金色の層のせいで裏が黄色っぽいだけかもしれない」と書いていて、まだはっきりしていません。
第2弾「改」（1997年）：プラチナが加わる
第2弾は「改」。No.204〜420の217種です。
- ノーマル 150種（No.204〜353）
- プリズム 35種（No.354〜388）：最後のNo.388はミュウ
- ゴールド 23種（No.389〜411）：最後のNo.411はミュウ
- プラチナ 5種（No.412〜416）：フシギバナ・リザードン・カメックス・ピカチュウ・フーディン
- スペシャル：ミュウツー（No.417。パーフェクトアルバム2に付属）
- おまけ：シャワーズ・サンダース・ブースター（No.418〜420。ワールドホビーフェアのアルバムとポスターに付いていた）
第1弾にはなかったプラチナが、いちばん上のレアです。ただ、改はとにかく数が残っています。Stickerpediaも「いちばん多く出回っていて、欲しい人はほとんどいない」と書いています。未開封の箱もまだたくさんあります。
パート3・パート4（2000年）
2000年に「弐千」（パート3）と「弐千完全版」（パート4）が出ました。番号は改の続きで、パート4はNo.640〜814。金銀の新しいポケモンも入ってきます。Stickerpediaは、パート4を「1996年に始まった巨大なセットの、4つめで最後」としています。
いくらで売れているか
CGC labels these separately as “1st Print”. A first-print prism Charizard in CGC 10 sold on Fanatics Collect in September for $5,000 (≈¥790,000). A later-print prism Charizard in CGC 10 went for $990 (≈¥156,000).
That $5,000 was a single buy-it-now sale, though, so I wouldn't say first prints always fetch five times as much. For the golds, even Stickerpedia's author isn't sure — the gold layer may just make the back look yellowish.
Part 2 “Kai” (1997): platinum arrives
Part 2 is “Kai”: 217 stickers, #204–420.
- 150 normal (#204–353)
- 35 prism (#354–388): the last, #388, is Mew
- 23 gold (#389–411): the last, #411, is Mew
- 5 platinum (#412–416): Venusaur, Charizard, Blastoise, Pikachu, Alakazam
- Special: Mewtwo (#417, bundled with Perfect Album 2)
- Promos: Vaporeon, Jolteon, Flareon (#418–420, with the World Hobby Fair album and poster)
Platinum, new in Kai, is the top rarity. But Kai survives in huge numbers — Stickerpedia calls it the most common set on the market with hardly any demand, and plenty of sealed boxes are still around.
Parts 3 and 4 (2000)
In 2000 came “2000” (Part 3) and the “2000 Complete Edition” (Part 4). The numbering continues from Kai; Part 4 is #640–814, and Gold and Silver Pokémon join in. Stickerpedia calls Part 4 the fourth and last part of the giant set that began in 1996.
What they sell for
2026年5〜10月の、ヤフオクのオークション（入札10件以上）とFanatics Collectの成約です。
いちばん強いのは未開封です。第1弾の1箱（30パック）が63万円。連続当ての台紙が7万7,000円。
1枚もののシールは、ずっと安くなります。第1弾のゴールドのリザードンで5万円。鑑定されたものでも、PSA8なら1万円台です。
例外は、鑑定で10が付いたものです。プリズムのリザードンは、CGC10で約15.6万円。ノーマルのリザードンのCGC9は約1.6万円です。10か9かで、桁が変わります。
私はどうするか
私が買うなら、第1弾の、初期の刷り（ビニールコーティング）のプリズムです。理由は、日本とアメリカで見られ方がまるで違うからです。
アメリカでは、CGCがラベルに「1st Print」と書き、別のものとして値段が付いています。日本では「エラーシール」として、ヤフオクで1枚数千円〜2万円ほどで売られています（即決）。
ただし、条件があります。このシールは30年前の駄菓子屋のおまけで、ほとんどがどこかに貼られたか、角が折れています。値段が付くのは、鑑定で10に届くくらいきれいなものだけです。
改には手を出しません。数が多すぎます。

Sealed product is king. A Part 1 box (30 packs) went for ¥630,000; a sealed lottery board for ¥77,000.
Single stickers are far cheaper. A Part 1 gold Charizard brought ¥50,000; graded PSA 8s sell for around ¥10,000–¥15,000.
The exception is a 10. A prism Charizard in CGC 10 sold for about ¥156,000, while a normal Charizard in CGC 9 went for about ¥16,000. A 10 versus a 9 is a different order of magnitude.
What I would do
If I were buying, I'd go for first-print (“vinyl coated”) Part 1 prisms. Japan and the US see them completely differently.
In the US, CGC labels them “1st Print” and they're priced as their own thing. In Japan they're sold as “error stickers” for a few thousand yen up to about ¥20,000 each (buy-it-now) on Yahoo! Auctions.
One catch: these were 30-year-old candy-store prizes, and most got stuck on something or had their corners bent. Only copies clean enough for a 10 command real money.
I'm passing on Kai. There are just too many.
